Where we deliver
We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. A country appearing in the address selector does not mean delivery is available there.
Processing and daily cutoff
Handling time is 1–2 business days. The daily order cutoff is 07:00 PM at the fixed offset GMT−06:00, Central Standard Time (Chicago reference). This cutoff does not change with daylight saving time. During Chicago daylight saving time, it corresponds to 08:00 PM local Chicago time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. For an order placed before the cutoff on a business day, that day counts as the first handling business day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on a weekend or on a holiday begin counting on the next business day.
Transit and estimated delivery
Transit time after dispatch is 3–4 business days. Handling and transit are separate stages: the estimated total is 4–6 business days counted from the applicable first handling business day. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier disruptions, weather and other circumstances may affect delivery.
Shipping charges and taxes
Standard shipping is $0.00 for every eligible order. No additional shipping method is offered. Taxes charged at checkout are $0.00; this does not represent a claim that products are legally tax-exempt. Review the order total before authorizing payment.
