Products and prices
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Product pages describe the selected design, capacity, dimensions, material and packaging. Check the selected packaging and quantity before checkout. Screen settings and lighting can affect how glass color appears. Product and pricing information may be updated; review the information and total shown when placing an order.
Payment authorization
When submitting payment through an available payment service, you authorize the charge for the total shown for your selected items, shipping and applicable taxes. Payment processing is subject to the relevant payment service terms. A payment attempt does not by itself establish that an order has been accepted.
Order acceptance and fulfillment
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected items. Order acceptance is communicated through an order confirmation. Fulfillment applies to accepted orders with the required payment arrangements completed. If you have a question or need to request a change, contact customer support with your order reference.
Shipping and delivery
We deliver only to the areas described in our Shipping Policy. Provide accurate contact and address information. Handling and transit estimates are separate and are not guaranteed delivery dates. See the Shipping Policy for the fixed cutoff, business-day rules and free standard shipping.
Returns and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy explains the 30-day request window, ordinary return conditions, return shipping responsibility and approved refund timing. Damaged, defective and incorrect items are handled under the specific issue-resolution terms in that policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Website use and intellectual property
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access. Store branding, original designs, images and written content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. These terms do not transfer ownership of that content.
